United Airlines Policy Updates
Immediately following the the United Airlines events in Spring 2017 (including re-accommodating passengers to different flights and reviewing cargo holdings for animals) Edelman USA took over all social channels, press releases, and media interactions as part of an Emergency Crisis Action Plan. In under 4 days, Edelman offices from New York, D.C, Chicago, Montreal, and Miami, developed and deployed a multi-initiative PR strategy. Collateral created included social responses, paid media video displays, banner advertisements, press releases, media interview alignment and scripts, as well as onsite support in the United Airlines Chicago office.
